The investment project for the construction of the coastal road section Nga Son - Hoang Hoa has a total investment of about 2,242 billion VND, with a length of nearly 24km passing through the districts of Nga Son, Hau Loc, Hoang Hoa. The starting point is at Km0+00 in Nga Tien commune (Nga Son), connecting with the coastal project of Ninh Binh province. The end point is at Km23+723 in Hoang Ngoc commune (Hoang Hoa), connecting with the coastal project section Hoang Hoa - Sam Son.

The coastal road section Nga Son - Hoang Hoa is designed as a level III plain road, with a road base width of Bn=12m, a road surface width of Bm=11m, a soil shoulder of Bl=2x0.5m, and specific sections through urban areas are designed according to planning.
