The project is built with the aim of enhancing the landscape for the southern bank of the Tra Khuc River, from Trà Khúc Bridge 1 to Tam Thương Wharf (Ba Tơ Park), with a total construction area of 11.56 hectares, including the main categories:

Riverbank protection: about 1.2km long, the structure of the embankment is cast in place on bored concrete pile foundation.

• Observation deck: Simulating the bow of a boat facing the Tra Khuc River, designed with a steel composite beam on a centrifugal pile foundation with a diameter of 800mm.
• Other civil works: Service buildings, toilets, fountains…
• Transportation works: Road system, internal bridges.
• Drainage works.
