The main items of the plant are the construction and installation of 25 wind turbines with a rated capacity of 4MW, the rotor diameter is 150m with a tower height of 105m;

In addition, the plant also has items such as a 33/220kV transformer station with a capacity of (2x75)MVA; The bridge system and the network of 33kV cables on the sea connect the wind turbines to the 33/220kV transformer station; The 220kV transmission line from the 33/220kV transformer station of the plant to the connection point with the national power grid at the 220kV Trung Nam Solar Power Plant station and other infrastructures.
