The Railway Project Office — Construction Consultancy Joint Stock Company No. 1 (TECCO1) — is directly involved in nationally significant projects on high-speed rail (HSR) and urban rail transit (URT). To support our growth, we are recruiting design engineers for the following 9 positions:

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS FOR ALL POSITIONS

•         Male/Female, 25 years old or above, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in an equivalent role.

•         Strong design thinking, able to produce 2D/3D design drawings; able to build automated calculation and analysis spreadsheets in Excel.

•         Able to work under pressure, with a strong sense of responsibility and good teamwork skills.

SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS BY POSITION

1. Railway Alignment Design & TOD Planning Engineer

•         Major: Bridge & Road Engineering, Railway Engineering, Infrastructure Construction.

•         Software: Proficient in Civil 3D, ADS, AutoCAD; knowledge of GeoSlope.

2. Tunnel Design Engineer

•         Major: Bridge & Tunnel Engineering, Underground Structures, Geotechnical Engineering, Transport Infrastructure Construction.

•         Software: Proficient in AutoCAD, Civil 3D; knowledge of Plaxis 2D/3D, Midas GTS NX, GeoSlope.

•         Preference for candidates with experience in transport tunnel or underground structure design; solid grasp of domestic and international tunnel design standards.

3. Bridge Design Engineer

•         Major: Bridge & Road Engineering, Bridge & Tunnel Engineering, Structural Engineering, Infrastructure Construction.

•         Software: Proficient in Midas Civil, AutoCAD, Revit; knowledge of RM Bridge is a plus.

•         Preference for candidates with experience designing large-scale railway or highway bridges.

4. Station Structural Design Engineer

•         Major: Civil & Industrial Construction, Structural Engineering, Infrastructure Construction.

•         Software: Proficient in Etabs, SAP2000, Midas Gen, AutoCAD, Revit; knowledge of Tekla Structures is a plus.

•         Knowledge of seismic design and long-span structures is a plus.

5. Depot Design Engineer

•         Major: Railway Engineering, Rolling Stock, Transport Operations, Transport Infrastructure Construction.

•         Software: Proficient in AutoCAD, Civil 3D; knowledge of Revit is a plus.

•         Preference for candidates with knowledge of rolling-stock operation, maintenance, and depot technology.

6. Railway Electrical Systems Design Engineer

•         Major: Power Systems, Electrical Engineering, Railway Electrification, Automation.

•         Software: Proficient in AutoCAD; knowledge of ETAP, Dialux, Revit MEP.

•         Knowledge of railway traction power systems (AC 25kV, DC 750V/1500V) is a plus.

7. Railway Telecommunications & Signalling Design Engineer

•         Major: Electronics & Telecommunications, Railway Signalling Engineering, Automation, Information Technology.

•         Software: Proficient in AutoCAD and standard office software; knowledge of network simulation tools is a plus.

•         Knowledge of EN 50126/50128/50129, ETCS, CBTC, FRMCS standards is a plus; able to read technical documents in English.

8. Automation Engineer

•         Major: Automation, Control & Automation Engineering, Mechatronics, Electrical–Electronic Engineering.

•         Skills: PLC programming (Siemens, Mitsubishi, Schneider...), SCADA/HMI design; knowledge of industrial communication protocols (Modbus, Profibus, Ethernet/IP, OPC UA).

•         Programming skills in Python, VBA, or C# to automate design work are a plus.

9. Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) Engineer

•         Major: HVAC Engineering, Water Supply & Drainage, Electrical Engineering, Building M&E.

•         Software: Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit MEP; knowledge of specialised calculation software (Heatload/TRACE, Dialux, Pipe Flow...).

•         Knowledge of tunnel ventilation, underground station smoke extraction, and fire-protection standards is a plus.
